You are kindly informed to welcome the Director of Human Resources of Lujo Hotel Bodrum, Mr. Koray Adıgüzel as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Koray Adıgüzel was born in 1971 in Ankara. He graduated from Bilkent University, Tourism and Hotel Management Department in 1995. He started his career as the Human Resources Office Coordinator in 1997 at Hilton İzmir. Later on, he assumed the position of the Human Resources Manager at Hilton Konya in 2002 in which he was assigned to the opening process and the management of the Human Resources. He moved to Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum as the Director of Human Resources in 2005. He continued his career at Mövenpick Hotel İzmir as the Director of Human Resources and Quality at the end of 2006 and became the Human Resources Manager at Hapimag Resort Sea Garden Bodrum in 2013. Mr. Koray Adıgüzel continues his career at Lujo Hotel Bodrum as the Director of Human Resources as of 2021. He performs some duties such as directing and managing human resources services, policies, and programs for the entire hotel. Mr. Koray Adıgüzel is going to make a presentation about “Career Planning and Interview Techniques” in the Seminar course.
