Ms. Eda Öztop graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Tourism Management with an honors degree and completed her master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Brand Management at Bahçeşehir University.

Ms. Eda Öztop started her career as a Receptionist at The Marmara Istanbul in 2005 and joined the Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul team in 2006. She was promoted to Front Office Supervisor and Night Manager in 2008 and three years later, she took part in the opening of Swissôtel Living and was appointed as Swissôtel Living - Service Manager in 2012. Over the years, Ms. Öztop has held key positions within the organization, including Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Manager, and Rooms Department Manager. After 16 years of experience and achievements, she was promoted to Director of Rooms Division Manager at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, in 2021.

Ms. Eda Öztop is going to make a presentation titled "How to Transform for Resilience".
