You are kindly informed to welcome Radisson Hotel Group Area Marketing and Communications Manager (Türkiye, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Libya, Iraq) Ms. Yeşim Doğukan as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

With a strong background and experience in the Public Relations and Marketing Communications industry for over 25 years, Ms. Yeşim Doğukan possesses several skills across the board including research, analysis, critical thinking, financial reporting, guest relations, and problem-solving among others.

As a dynamic leader who completely believes in the value and importance of teamwork, she enjoys working in and managing teams. Over the course of her career, she has gained valuable experience in creating and managing public relations strategies, luxury marketing, branding and corporate identity practices, marketing plans and budgets, concept development, joint marketing activities, and financial budgeting.

Ms. Yeşim Doğukan has also been teaching as a part-time lecturer at Özyeğin University Department of Hotel Management since February 2014. The course is centered on marketing communications strategies required to create “Branded Guest Experiences” within the framework of integrated marketing and brand management.

Ms. Yeşim Doğukan started her career in 1995 and developed her expertise in the marketing and communications area in Türkiye. In 1995 her career started as a Brand and Public Relations Manager for Clinique cosmetic brand and followed by being a Marketing Communications Manager for Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Hotels for Turkey until 2001. After that, her journey continued with Mynet which is the leading internet company and the first email service provider for Turkish internet users. In 2005 she moved to Swissotel The Bosphorus and supported all the openings of new properties in Türkiye within 10 years. Before joining to Radisson Hotel Group in Türkiye, Ms. Yesim Doğukan was working for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for Türkiye hotels overseeing all Marketing and Public Relations strategies and structures.

Ms. Yeşim Doğukan is graduated from İstanbul University and also attended many national and international programs and workshops for the improvement of her career.

Ms. Yeşim Doğukan is currently a board member of International Advertising Association (IAA) in Turkey and a CTI certificated life coach.

In the seminar class, Ms. Yeşim Doğukan will present on "Luxury Marketing Trends in Hospitality."
