You are kindly informed to welcome the Entrepreneur of FSL Restaurant Chain / Soslu Tava Restaurant, Mr. Ziya Ertekin as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Ziya Ertekin graduated from Bosphorus University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Hotel Management in 1999 and Anatolia University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management in 2007. Mr. Ziya Ertekin started his career pathway working at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Hotel, Istanbul in various positions such as the Banquet Server, Banquet Storekeeper, Audio-Visual Service Agent and IT Assistant. He continued his working life with The Ritz Carlton, Istanbul and Bahrain, Manama as the Storekeeper, Senior Store Supervisor and Asst. Purchasing Manager in Purchasing Department, respectively. Thereafter Mr. Ziya Ertekin worked at Aydeniz Construction Co. and Divan Hotel Erbil as the Purchasing Manager. Currently, Mr. Ziya Ertekin is the Entrepreneur of FSL Restaurant Chain / Soslu Tava Restaurant. Mr. Ziya Ertekin, who speaks English and Russian, is going to make a presentation about “Entrepreneurship and Experiences about Service Sector” in the seminar.
