Mr. Dimitris Kapoukranidis is the Restaurants Manager of Scorpios Bodrum in Muğla, Türkiye. He is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Operations and Sales across the two restaurants developed on Scorpios’ peninsula.

Before stepping into his current position, Mr. Dimitris Kapoukranidis played a pivotal role in the official opening of Scorpios Bodrum during the 2024 summer season as Head of Taskforce, an experience that marked a cornerstone in his professional journey so far. As an active member of the brand’s first global expansion, he gained firsthand insight into the evolution of Scorpios on an international scale. His journey with the company began at Scorpios Mykonos, where he served as a Head Waiter, building the foundation of his expertise.

Prior to joining Scorpios Group, Mr. Dimitris Kapoukranidis accumulated over seven years of experience in Greece’s Food and Beverage companies, holding various roles that allowed him to cultivate a well-rounded understanding of operations and explore his passion for the Food and Beverage field in its full spectrum.

Beyond his career in Hospitality, Mr. Dimitris Kapoukranidis holds an Integrated Master’s degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2021, he became a registered Architect Engineer with the Technical Chamber of Greece, following his early steps as a Junior Architect in Athens’ construction market.
