Mr. Turgut Kıroğlular is a seasoned Digital Transformation Executive and IT Strategy Leader with over 25 years of international experience spanning Europe and Southeast Asia. Renowned for bridging business and technology, he has successfully led transformative programs in SAP implementation, digital commerce, and agile delivery across multiple industries.

Currently serving as Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Divan Group, Mr. Turgut Kıroğlular has rebuilt IT structures to accelerate digital maturity, spearheaded hybrid commerce and CRM initiatives and developed the company’s S/4HANA transformation roadmap. His previous leadership roles include steering large-scale ERP, eCommerce, and PMO operations at FELECE Technology, managing global IT transitions for Unilever at ACRON Consulting and directing multinational SAP rollouts at tesa SE in Hamburg.

Fluent in English, German, and Turkish, Mr. Turgut Kıroğlular brings a distinctive blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and multicultural leadership. His passion for innovation and organizational agility continues to shape sustainable digital growth for the companies he leads.
