Başak Altan is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Özyeğin University. Dr. Altan has a B.S. degree in Economics and a B.A. degree in Mathematics (2004) from the Middle East Technical University and received her Ph.D. degree in Economics (2010) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Altan’s research interests include industrial organization, game theory, economics of information, and transportation economics.
