TÜBİTAK - Wiley Open Access Article Agreement 2025 Quota

Dear Faculty Members,

Within the scope of the open access article publishing agreement (Read and Publish) between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley Publishing House, the 2025 quota has been activated as of 01.01.2025. According to this agreement, 1500 articles in 2023, 1530 articles in 2024, and 1561 articles in 2025 will be published as open access without any cost to the author if the author requests. The AE account will be open until the 2025 quota (1561 articles) is exhausted; when the quota is exhausted, Authors cannot see any information regarding the "TÜBİTAK-Wiley AE Article Agreement" in the Wiley author system.

In the case of authors wishing to have their articles published OA, it is important that the OA approval process runs smoothly. Authors should record their institutional e-mails in their application forms when submitting an article to Wiley.
