2025 Spring Semester Dormitory Application

Dear Students,

All applications were accepted as Annual Registration for the 2024-2025 academic year. Therefore, Fall semester residents do not require to re-apply to continue staying in the dormitories.

On the other hand, new dormitory applications for the 2025 Spring semester are invited from students who did not reside in the dormitories during the 2024 Fall semester but wish to do so in the 2025 Spring semester. Applications will be accepted via SIS from Monday, January 13, 2025, 10:00am to Friday, January 17, 2025, 17:00pm.

No fees will be paid during the dormitory application. However, students who are assigned rooms upon their applications are required to pay in full both the security deposit of 5,500 TL and the housing fees for the Spring semester.

We would like to remind students who have stayed in the dormitories in previous years and have not yet received their security deposit refund that they are required to pay the remaining balance of the deposit, bringing it up to 5,500 TL, by the specified due date, which will be announced together with the dormitory results.

Security deposits and housing fees can be paid between the dates to be announced by Accommodation Services Management, either online by credit card/debit card via SIS>>Financial Information>> Debit Monitoring and E-Payment tabs, or in cash at FIBABANK branches by providing your “Student Number” or “TR / Foreigner Identification Number”.

Spring Semester Move-In Date                                                                                                 : Saturday, February 1, 2025

Applicants will be informed about the result of their dormitory applications. The initial announcement sent to admitted applicants will only include the dormitory and type of room they are assigned.

Room numbers will be announced on Friday, January 31, 2025, after all residents have moved out, and rooms are ready to move in.
