Our Alumna Kumsal Kurt’s Master’s Thesis to Showcase at Dutch Design Week 2024

Kumsal Kurt, a graduate of the Industrial Design Department at Özyeğin University, has been selected to showcase her master’s thesis, “Stimulating Engagement for neurodivergent children through a robotic ball,” at the Health and Wellbeing track of Dutch Design Week 2024.

Having showcased at Dutch Design Week, which is considered one of the world’s largest design events, Kurt's thesis explores a robotic ball designed to aid in therapy and increase the engagement of neurodivergent children. This innovative work offers a new approach to play-based learning and therapeutic interventions.
