Hotel Management Students Represented Our University at the EMCup Competition

Özyeğin University Hotel Management Program students Beyza Nur Özşen, Sema Etiz, Nafi Emir Sürmeli, and Oğuzhan Elma represented our university at the EMCup, organized by the Hotel Management School Maastricht, one of the leading institutes in the field of hotel management in the Netherlands and across Europe.

The event, which annually brings together the top hospitality management schools in Europe, took place this year on February 9 and 10, 2025. This year also marked the fourth time our Hotel Management Program participated in the competition and its first since the pandemic, while continuing to be the only program from Türkiye to compete. Held under the “Employee Well-Being” theme, the event featured 29 universities from 14 countries. Our students showcased their expertise through project and case presentations before a panel of judges composed of senior executives from leading hotels across Europe.
