President Prof. Barış Tan Attends TEV Merit Scholarship Launch Event

Prof. Barış Tan, President, Özyeğin University, attended the launch event for the Merit Scholarships organized by the Turkish Educational Foundation (TEV). The event took place on February 26, 2026, at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel, celebrating TEV’s ongoing commitment to supporting academic excellence.

The ceremony also celebrated the exceptional achievements of students selected for TEV’s Outstanding Achievement Scholarship. Naz Aydın and Eda Solak, our Undergraduate Psychology Program students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, were among the 152 students honored with the 2026 Outstanding Achievement Scholarship, in recognition of their dedication, talent, and academic success.

Adding to the pride of the occasion, Naz Aydın was also one of the students invited to deliver a speech at the ceremony.
