We would like to share with all students the announcement for Prishtina International Summer University (PISU) 2026  sent from one of our partner institutions, University of Prishtina (Kosovo).

Please note that as the International Exchange & Partnership Programs Office, we do not have any information other than that provided to us by the institution. Therefore, should you need any further details, please contact American University in Cairo.

The transfer and adaptation of the courses and credits taken at the summer/winter school to OzU transcript are optional and are subject to approval by the OzU Faculty/Graduate School. If you would like to get this program’s courses and credits transferred to your OzU transcript, you should contact the administration of your Faculty/Graduate School to learn about the procedure before you register for a course at the partner institution.

The University of Prishtina is pleased to inform you that the call for applications for the 26th edition of the Prishtina International Summer University (PISU) 2026 is now open. 

PISU 2026 will take place from 6–17 July 2026 and offers 19 diverse academic courses delivered by distinguished international and local professors. The programme combines academic excellence with intercultural exchange, bringing together students and scholars from four continents.

In addition to coursework, participants will benefit from cultural activities, excursions, and networking opportunities that promote dialogue, collaboration, and regional understanding.

• Open to both Kosovo and international students
• Programme Dates: 6–17 July 2026
• Application Deadline: 23 March 2026
• Participation Fee:
  • Free of charge for students from the Balkan region
  • EUR 100 for international students (includes full board; travel costs not included)
