BÜLENT BÜYÜKSAYAR

Bülent is the founder of SmartsStarts Consultancy LTD. He continues his career in Human Resources consultancy with turnkey projects he develops for customers from different sectors in Turkey and the UK.

Bülent has 18 years of corporate experience. While he is an assessor at an accredited assessment and development center, his fields of specialty can be summarized as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Strategic Human Resources Management, Organizational Development and Making an Impact, and Business Architecture Framework Development.

Bülent started his human resources career at Arçelik, where he managed the human resources processes for over 1,000 employees and executives in the Consumer Services, R&D and Production Technologies functions. Later, he played a key role in building Arçelik’s employer brand, and designed its global talent acquisition process.

At Borusan Otomotiv, he integrated the BMW Global’s dealer HR management system with the system in Turkish offices.

Bülent is a graduate of Kabataş High School, the Marketing Research and Advertising Department at Istanbul University, and Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department at Anadolu University.
