Are You Ready to Return to Your ÖzÜ?

We have learned that we will continue fall academic term with online education.

We are all waiting for the new period, a new journey. Although continuing this period with online education has different meanings for each of us, we know that as a part of the ÖzÜ family, we all share common feelings. While we may feel excited about the new semester, we also may feel uncertainty about online education process. At this point, it is important to remember that you are not alone, and we all have similar feelings as members of ÖzÜ family.

So, what can you do in this period?

• You can create daily and weekly routines. Currently, if you live with your family members, you can share your schedule with them and ask them to be careful of your individual space.
• In the last semester, you have experienced online education process, and you already have an idea about what will or will not be works for you- take all of these into consideration.
• It will be a good idea to take care of yourself when you wake up as if you are coming to the campus.
• During the day you can do physical exercises and stretch your body between your classes.
• You can add your favorite activities and hobbies in your daily routine.
