You are kindly informed to welcome the Founder of BASTA, Mr. Kaan Sakarya as the guest speaker of the seminar series. The medium of instruction will be in English. Please comply with the expected “Dress Code.”

Mr. Kaan Sakarya went to Galatasaray High School and then took his undergraduate degree from Galatasaray University, Faculty of Communication. After university education, he went to Ecole Ferrandi Cuisine School in Paris. He worked at Restaurant Maison Blanche Paris, Chef at Home TR & Gastroloft, L’Ami Jean and Nicole Restaurant Istanbul in various positions during his career. Currently, Mr. Kaan Sakarya is working as the Founder of BASTA Restaurant in Istanbul. He is going to make a presentation about “International Kitchen Experiences and Gastronomy & Cuisine Trends” in the Seminar Course.
