Intellectual Property Rights Moot Court

This semester, during the Intellectual Property Rights Moot Court, our students will work on the transfer of intellectual property rights, the right of withdrawal, rights of the author, and claims for compensation.

Students will prepare their cases based on the provisions of Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the supreme court decisions.  The moot court will be based on Turkish resources and will be held in Turkish.

The presentation will take place on Tuesday, December 5, from 10:00 to 12:00.
