Psychological Development Unit Seminar: Virtual or Real? Where does it start, where does it end?

How and why do we use social media? Does every post on social media reflect the truth? How do positive moments shared on social media affect our relationship with ourselves? How can we protect ourselves from social media addiction? In the seminar, which will be held in English, we will look for answers to these questions interactively. After the seminar, we will have a 30-minute session where we will create our own ‘virtual and real’ collage by using magazines, newspapers and brochures. Afterwards, the seminar will be held once again in Turkish with the same questions.

1. Section: 15:00 - 15:30 (English Seminar)
2. Section: 15:30 - 16:00 (Collage Workshop) In the collage workshop, the board will be divided into two parts. One side of the board will be 'You, in Social Media' part; the other side of the board will be 'You, in Real Life' part. We will be choosing images from the magazines, newspapers and brochures brought to the conference hall and posting them on the board.
3. Session: 16:00 - 16:30 (Turkish Seminar)
Note: Participants are expected to attend one of the seminars and collage work.
