Psychological Development Unit - My First Year at OzU Sharing Group

We invite our valued students to come together for the "My First Year at OzU Sharing Group"; to share their experiences about starting university and living on campus, aiming to facilitate the adaptation process to university life by gaining different perspectives through these shared experiences.

The sharing groups are structured group sessions where participants share their experiences in a safe environment under the guidance of expert psychologists, without the purpose of providing information. The “My First Year at OzU Sharing Group"; will be conducted under the management of the Psychological Development Unit (PDU) Psychologists.

The sharing group will be organized with 4-8 participants, pre-registration will be required, and event details will be communicated via email to registered individuals. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will not take place, and those who have pre-registered will be informed via email. If the pre-registration number is high, the event will be repeated for groups of 8 people in order of application, and those who have pre-registered will be informed via email. The sharing group will take place in person and will be held during PDU Day Office working hours for the participation of all our students.
