Mr. Onur Özdiker, who completed his university education in Mersin University Tourism and Hotel Management and Anadolu University Business Administration departments, started his hotel business career while still in high school by selling Merit Gold Cards at Mersin Merit Hotel. Mr. Onur Özdiker, who was impressed by the discipline and order of hotel management, decided to study tourism and hotel management because he was curious about the academic infrastructure of the profession and believed that there were long-term and extraordinary opportunities in the sector. In the first year after starting university, he worked as a bodyguard for two seasons at Auditorium Disco, which he accepted to manage for a few weeks because the hotel where he would do his internship in Alanya was under construction. Then, his 10-year WOW Hotels Topkapı Palace journey began. After working as a manager at various levels in the food and beverage department of this group, he evaluated the offer from ACCOR Group, the world's largest hotel chain, in mid-2008 and transferred abroad to Bahrain as the food and beverage director. After spending years in this position abroad, he evaluated the offer from IHG Intercontinental Hotel Group and started working at Izmir Crowne Plaza as the food and beverage director in 2011. In 2013, he became the head of the same company's Wyndham Grand Hotel Levent investment in Istanbul.

After spending 2 years there, he returned to Antalya in 2015 as the deputy general manager of Rixos Sungate Hotel, which is part of Rixos Hotels. After various senior positions at The Land of Legends - Rixos Pera Istanbul facilities within Rixos Hotels, Mr. Onur Özdiker was appointed as the general manager of Rixos Downtown Hotel in 2017. He transformed Rixos Downtown Hotel from a bed and breakfast concept to an all inclusive and all exclusive concept, and was an important factor in the hotel reaching its highest efficiency for 4 years.

In September 2021, he was appointed to the mixed project Rixos Water World Aktau and Tetysblu project, which is Rixos Hotels' largest overseas investment. Here, destination management - Central Asia's first and largest all inclusive and all exclusive concept - first and largest theme park - golf club and villa and shopping mall and hotels and coastal roads and residences, the mixed project was implemented. In October 2023, he was appointed as the general manager of Rixos Sungate Hotel with 1,100 rooms and 3,500 guest capacity, where he still works.

Mr. Onur Özdiker, who is married and has a daughter, is 51 years old and his tourism journey, which started at the age of 17, still continues.
