Place : AB3 -1 #150 / Zeynep Alp Köseoğlu Auditorium
Art & Food is a unique venture launched during the pandemic by two experienced and innovative French chefs, Mr. Jérémy Champagnon and Mr. Bastien Aimeur.
Born from the rising trend of home cooking and entertaining worldwide, this project reflects their passion and vision. The founders, Mr. Jérémy Champagnon and Mr. Bastien Aimeur, are chefs with unique and exciting backgrounds.
Mr. Jérémy Champagnon began his culinary adventure in 2015 as a self-taught chef in his own restaurant in Corsica, the island of beauty. Over time, his business prospered and his professional relationships led him to the south of France, where he mainly dedicated himself to being a private chef. Meanwhile, Mr. Bastien Aimeur, also a chef specializing in the art of pastry, was running his own establishment.
They met in Kazakhstan in 2020, where they decided to join forces to combine their skills and together, they created a company full of innovation, passion and creativity: Art & Food.
The name of their company is inspired by their first joint project; a place merging art and food. These two universes continue to deeply inspire them. Mr. Bastien Aimeur and Mr. Jérémy Champagnon share a voracious passion for their profession, highlighting values that are dear to them.
Art & Food, which quickly became Europe's largest private chef provider, aims to expand into new markets such as the UK and Croatia, including Türkiye, while expanding both its services and chef network.
Their wish is to create a space where haute gastronomy meets the traditions of the terroir. By favoring the use of local products from artisans in the regions where the services take place, they aspire to create a warm and authentic atmosphere in a luxurious environment.
In the seminar class, Mr. Jérémy Champagnon & Mr. Bastien Aimeur will present on “The New Rising Trend in The World: Tailor-Made Chefing”.
