Crossroads: Life and Career Milestones with Murat Göllü

As part of COD Connect, we are hosting Murat Göllü, who has achieved significant success in the fields of communication and brand management!
Murat Göllü, a graduate of METU Faculty of Engineering, started his career as an engineer and worked in sales, marketing and e-commerce at companies such as Siemens and Akİnternet. However, his real breakthrough came as the Head of Corporate Communications Department at Akbank. Göllü, who managed the communication strategies of Akbank and its sub-brands for 16 years, won the most prestigious advertising and brand awards in Turkey with his teammates.

We invite Communication Design (COD) students, as well as students from all departments at ÖzÜ, to this inspiring conversation, where we will discuss key milestones in a career journey, decision-making processes, and how choices shape the future. Bringing together participants from different disciplines, this event is for anyone who wants to explore how both momentary and major decisions can shape a career and even a life!
