You are kindly informed to welcome the Director of Food and Drink of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, Mr. Oğuz Vardar as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Oğuz Vardar graduated from Özyeğin University’s Hotel Management program in 2016 and later completed his MBA studies. He started his hospitality career through Hilton’s management development programs at Hilton Bomonti. Since then, he has taken part in seven hotel pre-opening projects and two major operational support initiatives across Hilton brands such as Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio and Canopy. He led efforts in team building, operational planning, and guest experience design. Currently, he serves as Director of Food and Drink at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, where he is also leading the full-scale renovation and development of the hotel.

In the seminar class, Mr. Oğuz Vardar will present on “Leading in Hospitality: Past Lessons, Future Visions”.
