You are kindly informed to welcome the Managing Partner of Universal Travel Services, Mr. Mustafa Devrim Yalçın as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Mr. Mustafa Devrim Yalçın joined Universal Travel Services in 1984, and he is now one of the three partners of the company. He has been actively working in the travel industry for 41 years and specializes in MICE, PCO, leisure programs, and cultural (special interest) programs covering all of Türkiye. He has graduated from Middle East Technical University’s Business Administration (Management) program and is a part-time instructor at Boğaziçi University since 2019 at the Department of Tourism Management. He is a partner of Global Blue Türkiye, the world’s leader company specialized in VAT refund to tourists visiting Türkiye. He is a board member of “Global DMC Partners” – the largest DMC consortium in the world which covered more than 500 destinations during 2010-2017. He is a board member of “SKÅL International İstanbul Club” since 2016. Today, he is the vice president.

Mr. Mustafa Devrim Yalçın is an active member of SITE Global (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence); board member of SITE Global Türkiye Chapter. He was the vice president regional representative of TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) during 2018-2019. He is actively involved in Rotary International since 1994. He served as the club president, assistant district governor, the rotary foundation general secretary and accomplished various local and international Rotary projects. Being a TED Ankara College graduate, he is an active member of TED Ankara College Alumni Association.
