ROBOCAMP 2011 Grand Finale & Robot Fest

Grand Finale Excitement!

Launched on June 27 at Özyeğin University with the goal of teaching high school students how to design robots and developing their engineering skills, Robocamp will end on July 9 with the final competition to be held among the robots designed by students.

The grand finale will be held on Özyeğin University’s Altunizade campus and students will compete with the “line follower mini robots” they have designed during the camp on a special track with a white line on a black surface. At the end of the camp, OzU will discover the future stars of engineering, while the winners will be awarded with full tuition waiver if they list Özyeğin University among their university preferences in the university exam and are admitted to Özyeğin University.

Besides the workshops, students will also have the opportunity to join an Istanbul tour and attend the RoboCup 2011, which will be take place on the last day of RoboCamp in Istanbul.
