Don't Touch My Surname

Duyarlı OzU and the Law Club organizes a panel entitled “Don’t Touch My Surname”  with the contributions of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law to emphasize that women do not have enough freedom to use their maiden names after marriage. 
The panel will center on the challenges faced by women who wish to keep their maiden names after marriage within the framework of women’s right in general, featuring Engin Kılıç, Judge at the Constitutional Court of Turkey, and faculty members of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law as guest speakers.
