Seminar Series of the School of Applied Sciences – Fall 2019 – 7. Seminar

Dear Students of the School of Applied Sciences,

You are kindly informed about the "Movie Tasting" seminar is going to be organised by ‘GARM 362 Food Events and Organisation’ students and supported by ÖzÜ Cuisine Gourmet Club. Please comply with the expected 'Dress Code'.

The last seminar is organized by  GARM 362 Gastronomy Food Events and Organization' students. For  'Movie Tasting', participants of the seminar are going to watch 'The Hundred-Foot Journey' movie and  make an analysis of the relationship between gastronomy and fine arts. In addition, participants will be experimenting the cultures and tasting the cuisines of both French and Indian nations.
