The Mediation in Legal Disputes Certificate Program -IX
The Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University organizes the Mediation in Legal Disputes Certificate Program -IX from January 11 to February 17, 2019.
Program Fee:3,000 TL (Including VAT)
For Attorneys Registered at the Istanbul Bar Association and Fiba Group Employees: 2.000 TL, (Including VAT) For Faculty:1,500 TL (Including VAT)
Applicants who are eligible for discounts are kindly asked to send an email to surekliegitim@ozyegin.edu.tr after they submit their applications. Emails should be sent before making payments, and the discount group (i.e. attorney, Fiba employee, faculty) must be specified.
A minimum of 15 participants is required to run the program. If the required minimum is not reached, the program will be cancelled, and payments made till that date, if any, will be refunded.
The program quota is limited to 24 persons.

The Certificate Program is designed to vest participants with fundamental information about the mediation process, communication skills, negotiation and dispute resolution methods, effective legislation, and practical information.
Following the program, participants who are awarded with certificates will be eligible to take the central examination administered by the Ministry of Justice.

Who may join?
As per Article 26 of the Rules and Regulations for Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes, law graduates with at least five years of length of service are eligible to join the program.
Please note that students are not eligible to join this program due to legal restrictions and program requirements.
