Atacan (CE) is currently working in the field of 3D Building Modeling and Project Management. Shortly after starting the university, he became interested in the visual-based project management methods of the construction sector, he developed his modeling skills on 3D building modeling, both in his spare time and computer-aided technical drawing lessons that he took at the university, and decided to work in his professional life on the usage and purposes of these models. He tried to use his 3D modeling and visual thinking skills in different areas of his life and also in different courses and projects he took at the university. He carried his 3D modeling skills to his hobbies and created a fun occupation for himself by taking prints with 3D printers. Later, he even carried this knowledge to his graduation project and wrote his thesis on 3D Concrete Printers and Concrete Mortar Properties.

His professional life has been in the field of Building Information Modeling, construction project management, document and business process management, 3D model supported cost calculations, business plans and conflict analysis, etc. He started working on methods. He is actively working as BIM (Building Information Modeling) Models.

Atacan Barutçu (CE), çalışmalarını 3 Boyutlu Yapı Modelleme ve Proje Yönetimi alanında sürdürmektedir. Üniversiteye başladıktan kısa bir süre sonra, İnşaat sektörünün görsele dayalı proje yönetim metotlarına merak sarmış, 3 boyutlu yapı modelleme üzerine hem üniversitede aldığı bilgisayar destekli teknik çizim dersleri hem de boş vakitlerine modelleme becerilerini geliştirmiş, bu modellerin kullanım alan ve amaçları üzerine profesyonel hayatında çalışma kararı almıştır. 3 boyutlu modelleme ve görsel düşünebilme becerilerini hayatının farklı alanlarında da kullanmaya ve üniversitede aldığı farklı ders ve projelerde de kullanmaya çalışmıştır. 3 boyutlu modelleme becerilerini hobilerine de taşımış ve 3D yazıcılar ile baskılar alarak kendine eğlenceli bir meşgale oluşturmuştur. Daha sonrasında bu öğrendiği bilgileri bitirme projesine bile taşıyarak, 3D Beton Yazıcılar ve Beton Harcı Özellikleri konusunda tezini yazmıştır.

Profesyonel hayatına Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi alanında, inşaat proje yönetimi, doküman ve iş süreçleri yönetimi, 3 boyutlu model destekli maliyet hesapları, iş planları ve çakışma analizleri vb. metotlar üzerinde çalışarak başlamıştır. Aktif olarak BIM (Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi) Modeller olarak çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

Mert (EE) is working in Eatron Technologies as a software engineer. He graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Özyeğin University as the valedictorian of his class. He had an interest to computer programming and thus, he had a minor degree in Computer Sciences. He got an international management class in University of East Anglia, UK. He also studied as an exchange student in Oregon State University, USA for one semestre. He became a part of an academic research article and he had a chance to present it in a conference.

After graduation he started to study master degree in Computer Sciences in Boğaziçi University to specialize in machine learning. At the same time he’s working as a full-time software engineer. Mert had an experience as a web application developer as front-end and cloud systems. He is planning to be a cofounder of an international software company.
